Our various laser systems have a range of beam diameters between 20 and 40 µm, meaning we can cut the most intricate of designs, including virtually radius free corners. Their high power density allows us to offer some of the cleanest, burr-free cuts available.
Cycle Time Reduction
Our process requires no hard tooling. Once we have specs and material we begin creating parts. Revision changes are quick and easy. Simply provide a new set of requirements and we adjust on the fly.
The laser beam motion system enables us to maintain a steady 24 µm (.001”) tolerances and up to ±12 µm (0.0005”) tolerances on some designs. This, combined with the stability of the laser source, ensures that products are cut to the same high level of quality each time the material is set in place.
